Abstract

Individuals born between 1997-2012, known as Generation Z, are now beginning to enter the professional realm and assume leadership roles in various institutions. As a generation that grew up in the digital technology era, they bring a new leadership approach with emphasis on teamwork, openness, and adaptability. This research examines the collaboration-based leadership model developed by Generation Z, its key characteristics, and its impact on contemporary work environments. Through literature review and analysis of current leadership developments, this research demonstrates that Generation Z's collaborative leadership approach provides innovative solutions to organizational challenges in the digital age.
