https://journal.uimandiri.ac.id/index.php/ijiei/article/view/171

This study aims to identify prospective product export strategies from Indonesia to Thailand by utilizing the Market Opportunity Canvas (MOC) technique. A qualitative approach was used to explore potential product export opportunities, focusing on the case of tempe chips. Data were collected through direct observation conducted over three days (July 18–20, 2023) at several markets in Bangkok, including ICON SIAM, PARAGON SIAM (TriUP Fair 2023), KU Premium, and Royal Project. The observations focused on examining product innovations, understanding consumer behavior, identifying competitors, and discovering product opportunities suitable for export from Indonesia. The export plan was structured using the twelve components of the Market Opportunity Canvas framework, which include identifying consumer needs and wants, defining product and value propositions, and analyzing market feasibility in terms of cost and revenue. Supporting tools such as Persona, Empathy Map, Value Proposition Canvas, 6W+1H, Customer Journey Mapping, and Advanced Tools (Google Search Insight and ChatGPT by OpenAI) were also employed. The findings indicate that tempe chips possess a promising opportunity to enter the Thai market; however, further financial analysis is required to ensure long-term viability and competitiveness.
Aevita Ainun NihaTyasto Prima AhmadiRefika Melina PutriYantinah

https://journal.uimandiri.ac.id/index.php/ijiei/article/view/172

This study aims to record transaction data and review the exposure of promotional data on social media at Buruma Café and Bistro. The research uses a descriptive quantitative method consisting of two main activities. The first activity involves implementing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system using Odoo.com to record 20 transaction notes from 2023, utilizing the Sales, Point of Sales, Accounting, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing features. The second activity focuses on product promotion through Instagram and TikTok by selecting Buruma Café and Bistro products, creating 30–60 second photos and videos as promotional materials, and adding captions for each post. Exposure data were collected from both platforms, and manual sentiment analysis was conducted on user comments. The results show that Buruma’s transaction data recording was well-executed, Osaki Kani Maki was the most popular product on Instagram, and TikTok provided better exposure for product promotion compared to Instagram.
Aevita Ainun NihaTyasto Prima AhmadiAvicenna Nur KasihZainuri

https://journal.uimandiri.ac.id/index.php/ijiei/article/view/173

The supply chain is a system that involves all entities necessary to transform raw materials into finished products, consisting of several stages such as suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. In most cases, the supply chain is always faced with uncertainty. One type of supply chain uncertainty that has gained attention over the past decade is supply disruption, such as that resulting from customs delays, supplier uncertainty, labor strikes, epidemics, and natural disasters. Major studies on supply disruption began in the early 1990s, along with efforts to incorporate supply disruption into classic inventory models. PT. X Industri is a company engaged in the plastic materials industry. One of the products manufactured by the company is plastic packaging bottles. In producing plastic packaging bottles, the basic material used is Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) and the product uses a bottle cap as a closure. PT. X often experiences a shortage of raw materials for bottle caps for packaging the plastic bottles that have been produced. This study uses EOQD calculations for its resolution. The calculation results obtained a dry period probability with a coefficient value of 0.289 and a dry period cycle of 2, which indicates that PT. X will experience a 2-day stockout of bottle cap materials. When the company experiences a stockout, there will be additional costs incurred by the company for its production cycle amounting to IDR 87,933,868.
Nuraini RahmadSiti Dinar Rezeki RamadhaniBagas Adji Nurfadillah Alzorfa
